Large Industrial steel frame building containing around 143,330 sq ft on the main level of which around 7,000 sq ft is nice finished office area. This area is sprinkled with a wet system. Also contains around 7,434 sq ft of second level mezzanine area for storage and basic office space. All the main manufacturing areas are heated and cooled with, pad mounted units outside provided AC. Inside Thermo Cyclers provide heat. The office area is heated and cooled with 2 electric heat pumps.
